How does pricing and confirmation work?
There is no public fixed tariff on this site. Private-trip pricing depends on the programme, your group size and the logistics for your dates — including whether a transfer is on your confirmed itinerary. We confirm the exact services and price in writing before you pay.
Normally around 30% is paid as a deposit after we confirm your booking, with the balance around 7 days before departure. Arrangements can be adjusted case by case, and your own booking confirmation always takes priority. Your written confirmation for route, stay, meals and price takes priority over any general wording on this site.
Pu Luong Treks is operated by Hanoi Travel Mate Co., Ltd. Compare walks on the Pu Luong trekking tours hub before you send dates and group size below.
What happens after you enquire?
This page is not a checkout. You send an enquiry; we reply with a written plan for your dates and group. Your booking exists only once that is confirmed in writing by Hanoi Travel Mate Co., Ltd.. If you are still planning how you reach Pu Luong, see getting to Pu Luong for a trek.
- 1You send an enquiry with your dates, group size and the walk or journey you are considering.
- 2We check the arrangements you asked for — route, stay, meals, transfer and logistics for those dates.
- 3We confirm the programme, services and price for your group in writing before you pay.
- 4A deposit is normally requested after that written confirmation — typically around 30%, unless your confirmation states otherwise.
- 5The remaining balance is normally due around seven days before departure, unless your confirmation states otherwise.
- 6Your written confirmation is the authority for that booking — it takes priority over general wording on this site.
- 7Before and during the trip, route, pace or activities may be adjusted where weather or safety requires. Light or moderate rain does not automatically cancel walking. In heavy rain the trek may pause or stop for safety. Route and pace may change with conditions, and unsafe conditions can mean rerouting, delay, postponement or cancellation. That safety decision is made by the operator and your guide.
For guest cancellation, date changes and refunds, see our cancellation and refund policy. Your written confirmation is the authority for your booking.
