Privacy Policy

This website has no account system and no checkout. When you use the enquiry form, your details are put into a WhatsApp message that you send yourself, so we only receive what you choose to send.

We use your details to answer your enquiry and to arrange your trek. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to hanoitravelmate@gmail.com.

The full written wording of this policy is being finalised with our operator. Until it is published here, the terms that apply to you are the ones written in your own booking confirmation. Ask us on WhatsApp or by email and we will send them to you before you pay.
