Luggage on a Pu Luong Trek — Daypack and Overnight Bags
Packing is what you put in the bag. This note is where the main bag goes while you are on foot — on overnight walks and on the transfers we arrange between destinations.
What happens to main luggage while you walk?
On the overnight walks, luggage transfer to your stay is included in the arranged programme. You trek with a small daypack.
That is inclusion in the arranged overnight programme, not a separate priced luggage service.
Overnight programmes — stay versus daypack
On Homestay Trek and Off-the-Beaten-Path, the walking day is done with a small daypack. Main bags are moved to the overnight stay as part of that arranged programme.
The house itself can vary with the route you request — luggage handling is the bag movement, not a promise of one identical house.
Transfers between destinations
Large luggage can be supported on the transfers we arrange. Confirm bags when you enquire.
How bags meet a walking day after a Hanoi, Ninh Binh or Mai Chau transfer is confirmed for your booking — we do not publish one vehicle type or a left-luggage service.
What is universal and what is booking-specific
Universal on the overnight walks we operate: main bags go to the stay as part of the arranged programme; you walk with a small daypack.
Booking-specific: pickup, which corridor transfer is included, and any bag detail that is not those two overnight rules. Your written confirmation is what counts.
What this page does not decide
We do not publish weight limits for bags, hotel storage, airport-style guarantees, or a priced carrying service.
